Anne Stippec

Ann Stippec is a recent graduate of Stephens College, receiving her BFA in dance in May of 2009. Originally from Saint Louis Missouri, she trained at Gerri Stretz Professional Dance Center beginning at age two and continuing up until her move to Columbia at age 18. She danced competitively there for 10 years, traveling to Chicago, Rhode Island, and New York to compete in national dance competitions and attend conventions. In addition, Ann performed in Universal Studios in Florida in 2003, and in Epcot Center and the Magic Kingdom in Disney World on several occasions. While training daily in ballet, tap, jazz, and musical theatre, Ann was also an assistant teacher/teacher at her dance studio beginning at age 14. Any of her time that wasn't spent at school or in class at the studio, was spent working one on one with younger students in private lessons. Ann is very much looking forward to teaching again and being able to share her love for dance with the students in the PACE program.
