Follow the instructions below to register for classes and workshops.
- Download Registration Packet
- Fill out one Registration Form per person per class or workshop.
- Fill out one Medical Release Form per person.
- Sign one Conduct Agreement Form per person.
- Mail check(s) or use PayPal using instructions below.
Payment Instructions
Pay by check
| Mail one check for each registration or one check for multiple registrations. Make sure to indicate check # on each registration form. |
Pay Online
| Pay electronically using PayPal. One payment per class/workshop registration. Choose the appropriate payment option for each registration, as described on the registration form, and click the Pay Now button. |

| Make sure to include the PayPal transaction ID on each registration form. The transaction ID will be emailed to you from PayPal. |
