Pilates Mat & Stretch - Teen & Adult

We start with a Pilates mat class to strengthen and warm-up the muscles. The original Joseph Pilates method is taught with lots of alternatives specific to different body types. Classic stretching movement makes up the second part of the class, allowing the body to benefit from both sides of the movement spectrum. Please bring your own mat.
